BT Full Fibre 900 Speed & Performance

The Full Fibre 900 plan advertises average download speeds of up to 900 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 110 Mbps. But that’s not what you’ll get every time – sometimes it will be slower, and sometimes it will be faster. That will depend on a range of factors including time of day, day of the week, number of connected and operating devices, router setup, where you are located, what full fibre packages are available in your area and so on. So what BT has done is offer a guarantee (called their Stay Fast Guarantee) which promises that speeds on Full Fibre 900 won’t drop lower than 700 Mbps when downloading and 10 Mbps when uploading. That’s not a misprint – 10 Mbps surprisingly is standard across all BT Full Fibre packages.
